Unity is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic industry product marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real-time 3D solutions across various industries, including manufacturing, retail, automotive, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine differentiated messaging and positioning for Unity's industry solutions that resonate with target personas and address specific industry challenges.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and maintain high-impact sales enablement materials, including presentations, solution briefs, case studies, and competitive analysis, to empower the sales team in engaging with prospects and customers.
  • Content Development: Produce various content types—such as blog posts, videos, and webinars—that align with the buyer's journey and support GTM initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive Unity's market leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product management, and campaign teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that drive adoption and growth of Unity's industry solutions.
  • Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, events, and other demand generation activities that amplify Unity's industry presence and thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • Strong Product Marketing experience, with a focus on positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and market research. Experience in B2B tech marketing, particularly within industries like manufacturing, retail, or automotive, is desirable.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives for technical and business audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions or company priorities.

Gross pay salary: $87,100 — $138,400 USD
