About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope as the Vice President of Sales. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving sales force productivity and achieving market leadership in the Midwest region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth: Emulate and drive the company's vision and strategy in daily business activities, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at different levels, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate Across Regions: Work closely with cross-region and business teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Understand the competitive landscape and market trends, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Communication and Leadership: Communicate the company's value proposition effectively to customers, partners, and internal teams, and lead a high-performing sales team through training and coaching.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Set sales objectives and quotas for the region, maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing, and implement targeted sales strategies with critical functional teams.
  • Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service and resolve issues impacting partners.
  • Business Insights: Analyze sales pipeline and deliver key business insights to the teams, informing business decisions and driving growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Marketing.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive management experience, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in building products and manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Travel: Travel required for business meetings and customer visits.
