We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Delamar Hotel Collection. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the front desk and front service departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the front office and front service departments to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize room sales and occupancy rates.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct regular employee evaluations and provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards, including credit and cashiering policies.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with local area information, including restaurants, attractions, and events.
  • Support junior team members and provide guidance and mentorship as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations, customer service, and management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office and front service procedures.
  • Experience with PMS OPERA is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
