We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Front Office to join our team at Real Hospitality Group. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and administer all front office operations, including guest service and registration, room inventory and availability, and guest service standards and initiatives.
- Monitor and develop associate performance, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward.
- Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, maximizing room occupancy and overall revenue.
- Implement and monitor all corporate marketing programs, ensuring that our hotel is consistently represented in a professional and positive manner.
- Ensure that associates have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area and events.
- Run and complete daily reports, analyzing data and making decisions based on the information.
- Resolve guest issues and concerns to guest satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Recruit, interview, and train associates, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Participate in the Property Manager on Duty program, ensuring that our hotel is always represented in a professional and positive manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management, with at least 5 years of progressive front office management experience in a 500+ room hotel with meeting space.
- Specific brand experience and/or OnQ certification, as well as previous director-level experience, are preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and prepare budgets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
