Sales Executive for Fire and Security Solutions

POSITION:
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to oversee the complete sales process, from initial prospecting to finalizing deals. This role emphasizes the importance of nurturing existing relationships within commercial accounts while actively seeking new opportunities through various channels, including referrals, company-generated leads, networking, and proactive outreach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively managing your designated territory and fostering robust client relationships.
- Providing expert consultations to clients, including design and scope of work, ensuring tailored and effective solutions.
- Promoting and cross-selling the full range of products and services offered.
- Collaborating with manufacturing representatives and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (high school diploma/GED acceptable).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in fire system or fire alarm sales.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding new construction and renovations is highly desirable.
- A proactive, hands-on approach is essential.
- Certification (e.g., NICET) is required.
- Candidate must reside in Georgia.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 (dependent on experience), with on-target earnings between $130,000 and $160,000.
