Job Title: Regional Director of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Sales to join our team at AMS Franchise Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales efforts of our hotels in the Madison/Minneapolis areas, driving revenue growth, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to designated hotels to increase sales efforts and oversee area hotels
  • Work with Corporate Director of Sales on schedule and sales strategies
  • Develop and implement sales plans to grow revenues and meet business objectives
  • Train and mentor sales teams to improve sales performance
  • Conduct sales audits and provide feedback to sales teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel general managers and directors of operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in hotel sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in training and developing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time and have a valid driver's license
  • Experience with sales systems, including Delphi FDC and Delphi Standard Sales Systems
