Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives
* Drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from prospect/lead generation to contract execution
* Strategize with regional operational teams to focus business development activities on existing services and available capacities
* Prepare individual sales plans with goals and objectives
* Prepare monthly sales pipeline reviews for discussion with reporting manager
* Act as the customer's advocate in interactions with the SGS organization
* Review and approve prepared quotes and proposals
* Ensure all business development and sales activities are documented in SGS's client relationship management system
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of the trade industry and subject matter expertise
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to analyze sales performance and establish productive sales plans
* Strategic understanding of the market to guide the development of new services and capacities
* Skilled judgment in identifying sales opportunities and closing business
