Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Mortgage Contracting Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the Arizona market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Arizona market and industry trends
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven sales success in a similar environment
  • Four-year degree or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a flexible and production-oriented environment
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, email, internet, and customized database management

Work Environment

This position is a sedentary position that requires 8 hours of sitting at a desk in a climate-controlled environment with frequent computer, mouse, 10-key touch, and phone work. As well as multiple hours in the field meeting clients on property and attending trade shows.
