Executive Hotel Operations Manager

Motel 6 Riverside is seeking an experienced Executive Hotel Operations Manager to lead our hotel operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of hospitality best practices, and experience in managing personnel, budgets, and customer service.
About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including managing personnel, monitoring employee performance, collecting daily deposits, and maintaining records of budgets, funds, and expenses. They will also be responsible for resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies, as well as coordinating with external parties such as suppliers and payroll companies. Additionally, they will evaluate hotel performance, ensure compliance with health and safety rules, and participate in financial activities including establishing room rates and setting budgets.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in hospitality, business administration, or a relevant field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role is required, along with a strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software. Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
