Job Summary:
The Laboratory Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all testing is performed accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of laboratory operations, including testing procedures, instrument maintenance, and quality control. They will also be skilled in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex scientific information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with laboratory teams, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.


Estimated Salary: $35.63 per hour (based on 40 hours/week)
