We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities at our Motel 6 Riverside location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing hotel operations, managing personnel, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Direct and manage hotel operations, including supervising Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance employees.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor employee performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to help improve customer service.
  • Financial Management: Collect daily deposits, maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues related to hotel services, amenities, and policies, and ensure that all guests receive excellent service.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of hotel management best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in hospitality, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel management software and data entry systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
