Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Resident Desk Clerk to join our team at our nonprofit client's interim housing shelter site in San Jose. This contract opportunity will be 100% onsite, with both full-time and part-time shifts available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to program participants, including checking them in/out and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
  • Work effectively with vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing mental health and substance abuse ailments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative/clerical position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations.
Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work well with others and provide a welcoming environment.
  • Can multitask throughout the day and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Compassion and empathy for others.
Pay Details

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
