Position Summary and Responsibilities

The Kansas Department for Children and Families is seeking a skilled professional to support the Economic and Employment Support (EES) process. As a Human Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing EES applications, including data entry and cross-matching customer information
  • Processing incoming EES-related documents, including imaging and accurately matching documents to electronic case files
  • Providing front desk coverage and performing receptionist duties, including determining client needs and referring to appropriate personnel

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Security Clearance: A background check, including fingerprinting and FBI check, is required for all positions with the Department for Children and Families
  • Tax Clearance: A valid/current Kansas Tax Clearance Certificate must be submitted
