Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete coordination of client orders and inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring the entire process is managed until successful completion.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and clients, providing detailed updates and information.
  • Implement thorough monitoring of orders and shipments, ensuring clients are consistently informed about progress from start to finish.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates in our systems to facilitate prompt order closure and invoicing.
  • Coordinate confirmations, arrange pickups, file claims for delays or damages with carriers, and manage container gate-ins while adhering to deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to quality.
  • Work closely with clients and operations to provide innovative solutions and a high level of service.
  • Establish and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training for new clients.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization.
  • Manage a high volume of communications, including emails, messaging apps, and phone calls.
  • Assist with daily operations and communicate with warehouse teams as needed, including data entry and order processing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless workflow and timely task completion.
  • Document discrepancies and communicate findings for resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferred 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
  • Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems in a 3PL environment is a plus.
  • Experience in tracking and tracing shipments or products.
  • Understanding of service providers and carriers in supply chain contexts.
  • Ability to communicate potential concerns or delays effectively.
  • Capability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience working both in teams and as an individual contributor.
  • Effective communication with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
  • Ability to prepare basic reports and operational information.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
