As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Campaign Development: Design, create, and implement email campaigns that align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Email List Management: Manage and maintain our email distribution lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Email Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our design and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in email marketing, list management, and campaign development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS, email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, or Campaigner), and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, CAN-SPAM, and CASL regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Database Management: Experience with database management, list organization, and segmentation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • CRM Experience: Working knowledge of NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central, or CRM systems.
