Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Professional to join our team at Dynamic Systems, Inc. as an HVAC Salesperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a sales territory in the Houston area and developing new service accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Development: Establish and maintain relationships with prospects to create new business opportunities.
  • Sales Proposals: Create accurate and complete sales proposals to meet client needs.
  • Post-Sale Support: Facilitate smooth transitions with service technicians and project managers to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new technologies and product offerings from manufacturers to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Support team members and peers to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • Education: A college degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
  • Sales and Customer Experience: Sales and customer experience are highly valued in this role.
  • Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles is required.
  • Personal Qualities: The successful candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and possess excellent time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft programs is required.
