Hunton Group, a leading provider of industrial solutions, is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Industrial Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-specific business plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly sell Hunton Trane HVAC Services to building owners in the industrial market and surrounding customers within our defined territory.
- Utilize marketing and direct prospecting skills to generate leads for new business development and new customers.
- Conduct customer visits and customer events to build relationships with key accounts.
- Grow the existing maintenance agreement base by adding new service agreements and maintenance contracts to prospective customers.
- Attend Sales meetings and review monthly sales activity and progress with management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests.
- Frequent travel requirements with some overnight travel.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record (no violations within the past 3 years).
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, and service agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Associate degree in Sales, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Marketing, or Business Management.
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
