Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to develop and execute account-specific business plans for our Commercial HVAC Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly sell Hunton Group's HVAC services to building owners in the commercial and light commercial markets.
- Utilize marketing and direct prospecting skills to generate leads for new business development and new customers.
- Grow the existing maintenance agreement base by adding new service agreements and maintenance contracts to prospective customers.
- Attend sales meetings and review monthly sales activity and progress with management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Marketing, or Business Management.
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, service agreements, and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to create and facilitate presentations to an audience.
