Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to develop and execute account-specific business plans for our Commercial HVAC Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly sell Hunton Group's HVAC services to building owners in the commercial and light commercial markets.
  • Utilize marketing and direct prospecting skills to generate leads for new business development and new customers.
  • Grow the existing maintenance agreement base by adding new service agreements and maintenance contracts to prospective customers.
  • Attend sales meetings and review monthly sales activity and progress with management.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, service agreements, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to create and facilitate presentations to an audience.
