- Retain customer relationships, meet all their HVAC needs, and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Establish customer rapport with products and services.
- Develop relationships with prospects to create business opportunities.
- Create accurate and complete sales proposals.
- Facilitate post-sale transitions with service technicians and project managers.
- Educate prospective customers on our services and procedures.
- Continually call on assigned accounts to develop additional opportunities.
- Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads.
- Maintain customer information updated in our sales pipeline reporting system.
- Stay current on new technologies and product offerings from manufacturers.
- Support team members and peers to achieve key performance indicators.
- Valid driver's license.
- College degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Sales and customer experience preferred.
- Understanding of basic principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs.
