Hunton Group, a leading provider of industrial solutions, is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-specific business plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly sell Hunton Group's industrial HVAC services to building owners and customers within our defined territory.
- Utilize marketing and direct prospecting skills to generate leads for new business development and new customers.
- Conduct customer visits and events to build relationships with key accounts and grow the existing maintenance agreement base.
- Attend sales meetings and review monthly sales activity and progress with management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests.
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, and service agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Associate degree in Sales, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Marketing, or Business Management.
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
