Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Professional to join our team at Dynamic Systems, Inc. as an HVAC Salesperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a sales territory in the Houston area and developing new service accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Establish and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and developing sales proposals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new technologies and product offerings from manufacturers, ensuring that clients receive the best solutions for their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians and project managers to ensure seamless transitions and excellent customer service.
  • Account Management: Continuously call on assigned accounts to develop additional opportunities and follow up on existing sales bids and leads.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our sales pipeline reporting system, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Skills: Valid driver's license, sales and customer experience, understanding of basic principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating, reliable and self-motivated, excellent time management skills, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft programs.
