- 1-2 years of experience in sales or leasing, preferably in the student housing industry.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.00.
