Position: Project Manager/Delivery Lead

The Project Manager/Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the execution of a call order task focused on developing workforce intermediary tool kits, providing technical assistance for the deployment of these strategies, and managing performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of seven (7) years of comprehensive project management experience, along with at least one (1) year of involvement in sector-based, intermediary-led workforce development initiatives and their administrative frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of Workforce Intermediary Tool Kits.
  • Facilitate presentations on intermediary-based workforce strategies for selecting appropriate workforce intermediaries.
  • Draft Memorandums of Understanding between Grant Awardees and Workforce Intermediaries.
  • Develop a workforce intermediary tool kit that outlines an administrative framework for collaboration with workforce partners, including community colleges, K-12 institutions, trade associations, labor unions, and universities.
  • Provide technical assistance in the implementation of tool kits.
  • Supervise the establishment of performance management capabilities, including visualization techniques and reporting structures.
  • Prepare project progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience.
  • PMP Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sector-based, intermediary-led workforce development and partnerships, along with familiarity with their administrative structures.
