We are a growing construction company based in Beltsville, MD, seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with door vendors, including Allegion and Assa Abloy
  • Oversee project details, including pricing, design, and specification, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Estimate material needs for construction projects according to company policy and local building codes
  • Assist customers in identifying and resolving door deficiencies and code issues
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide expertise during estimating and buy-out phases
  • Lead the team in blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and construction procedures
  • Review project materials and estimate actual usage vs. estimated quantities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in the door, frames, and hardware field
