Job Summary

This position serves as a key member of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with physicians to provide high-quality patient care and support the day-to-day operations of our campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out the Wellbridge vision, values, and strategic planning to ensure exceptional patient care and quality management.
  • Promote service standards and create a patient-focused environment that addresses individual needs.
  • Foster collaboration and respect among healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and counselors.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse Practitioner in New York State.
  • BLS certification, with ACLS or other certification as required by the department.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of clinical risk and consistent professional conduct.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Buprenorphine waiver (DATA 2000) or obtain within three months of employment.
  • National certification in nurse practitioner specialty (ANCC, AACP, or NAPNAP).
  • Clinical experience providing treatment for addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
  • Experience with addiction inpatient, rehabilitation, and/or residential environments.
  • Experience with therapeutic groups, therapeutic communities, and inpatient care.
  • Experience evaluating program effectiveness and implementing data-driven process improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving, conceptual, analytical, and communication skills.
