Property Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team at MetroPlains Management, LLC. This position is fully accountable for completing residential work orders at our properties, including routine maintenance, heating, cooling, painting, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance Maestro: Tackle service requests in areas like heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and more. Recommend the best course of action for each task.
- Polish & Shine: Ensure every job is done with professionalism and leaves the property looking its best.
- Project Pro: Oversee construction and repair projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Improvement Guru: Share your insights on property upgrades and improvements for budget planning.
- Team Player: Join site meetings and contribute your expertise.
- Grounds Guardian: Keep our buildings and grounds looking pristine, removing debris, weeds, and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Skills Sharpening: Stay on top of your game with ongoing training.
- Safety First: Always use the required safety gear and encourage others to do the same.
- Special Projects: Take on unique tasks and additional responsibilities as they come up.
- Tools & Transport: You have your own hand tools, a valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance.
- Flexibility: Ready to work extended hours, weekends, and be on-call for emergencies.
- Independence: You are great at managing your time, setting priorities, and following procedures to get the job done.
