Field Service Coffee Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Coffee Equipment Specialist to join our team in Portland, OR. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring that local businesses have properly functioning coffee equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain expert knowledge from our training team to provide best-in-class service and support to customers.
- Provide timely and efficient service on equipment, including proactive maintenance, installations, and emergency requests.
- Manage equipment inventories, including quarterly warehouse inventory and van inventory checks, and order parts as needed.
- Follow proper procedures for electronic invoicing, customer data management, and reporting quality issues.
- Drive and maintain a state-of-the-art company vehicle to ensure comfort and success in your role.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with customers.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- The ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 75 pounds and frequent driving.
- Ability to work on-call hours at least once a month and travel overnight to JMS Regional Training Centers and Corporate office.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
