Job Title:

Case Management Coordinator - Office Support Specialist

About the Role:

The State of Oregon is seeking a skilled Case Management Coordinator - Office Support Specialist to join our Child Welfare team. In this role, you will provide critical support to field staff, agency staff, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical support to field staff and agency staff, including data entry and record processing.
  • Ensure all work within the unit complies with state and federal laws.
  • Perform reception and phone duties as needed.
  • Assist with fleet vehicle duties.
Requirements:
  • Two years of general clerical experience, including keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents.
  • Associate degree in any field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with legal procedures, including preparation and submission of court documents.
  • Previous experience in front desk reception duties, showcasing effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain rules, regulations, and procedures to individuals.
  • Experience with computer-based tasks, such as data processing and verification.
