Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for procurement, distribution, and storage of essential items such as uniforms, equipment, records, and other necessary supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control, inspect, and manage inventory accountability of all Inter-Con uniforms and equipment.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly inventory control and warehouse organization.
  • Issue uniforms and equipment to new hires and return officers.
  • Order uniforms using established vendor relationships.
  • Manage the process of dry cleaning uniforms.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as updating forms, maintaining the office calendar, and filing room.
  • Assist Procurement and Logistics Lead and Manager with projects and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or at least 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics support.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent customer focus and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
