Position Title: Customer Service Agent Specialist

Job Overview:

The Customer Service Agent Specialist plays a crucial role in providing support to military personnel and their representatives. This position is responsible for managing all incoming calls and electronic communications, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to military service members regarding medical services.
  • Schedule medical and dental appointments for service members, both in-clinic and offsite.
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries from clients efficiently.
  • Analyze client data to support ongoing improvements in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with management to identify trends and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with operational departments to meet customer needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new software.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Knowledgeable in nursing and medical practices.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED required; graduation from an accredited nursing program preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Certified Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or equivalent military experience with direct patient care.
  • Must successfully pass a required Federal background check.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
