**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a medical healthcare environment, preferably with medical insurance or front desk experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
