**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a medical healthcare environment, preferably with medical insurance or front desk experience.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
