- Hire, Manage, Coach, Mentor, Train, and Support Team Members: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Regional Operations and Sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Direct Oversight and P&L Management: Ensure the achievement of net profitability goals, margins, and costs through effective financial management and strategic decision-making.
- Program Development and Implementation: Collaborate with Operations and Sales leads to design and implement programs that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
- Performance Reviews and Development: Conduct annual performance reviews for direct team members and provide oversight of the next level to ensure continued growth and development.
- Growth Strategy and Business Development: Develop a growth strategy for the region, focusing on new business development, while maintaining and growing existing business within the region.

- Safety Culture: Support and develop a culture of safety in all phases of the business to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Sales and Financial Goals: Coordinate with the inside and outside sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and financial goals.
- ERP and CRM System: Utilize ERP and CRM systems to perform duties and make data-driven decisions.
- Inventory and Financial Management: Supervise shipping, receiving, and production to ensure that inventory and other financial records are up to date, complete, and accurate.
Requirements:
- Motivated Self-Starter: A motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of customer service success, preferably with 8+ years of experience, and the ability to meet and exceed target goals.
- Supervisory Experience: Experience as a supervisor or group leader is required.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-Tasking and Prioritization: Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer Service Focus: Enjoys working with people and is fanatical about customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication and strong relationship-building skills are required.
- Computer Skills: Solid computer skills, including the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs.
- Industrial Distribution Experience: Experience with industrial distribution, preferably fluid power components, is preferred.
- Industrial and Hydraulic Hose and Fittings: Familiarity with industrial and hydraulic hose and fittings is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to work with a wide variety of people and personalities.
