About the Role

The ACLU seeks a highly skilled Digital Organizing Strategist to join our National Political Advocacy Department. This is a hybrid role that requires in-office work two days a week or eight days a month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate core systems and carry out key tasks in support of organizing-based strategies and tactics throughout NPAD.
  • Maintain ACLU-style and consistent language framework across emails, text and call scripts, landing pages, and other common organizing modalities.
  • Manage ACLU People Power's EveryAction CRM and oversee data quality assurance matters.
  • Oversee permanent, non-campaign specific volunteer teams and propose new teams and systems to address strategic and programmatic needs.
  • Help troubleshoot the operation of organizing tools and administer People Power Power social media accounts.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the EveryAction CRM and experience with A/B testing.
  • Significant experience with issue/electoral digital organizing management and good statistical analysis and research skills.
  • Ability to work largely independently and within a team, project manage effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communications skills and ability to provide geopolitical expertise and conduct strategic/political studies and assessments.
