About the Role:

The Center for Human Development is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health and substance abuse histories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall responsibility for 24-hour staffed group apartment building.
  • Supervise direct care staff and implement client treatment plans.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and oversee clinical documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison to external providers and the community at-large.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience working with the population.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Reliable automobile and valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work flexible weekend and evening hours.

Work Schedule:

A flex shift of 2pm-10pm, with one weekend day.

Compensation:

$46,000 annually.
