Automotive Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Professional to join our team at Ontario Hyundai. As an Internet Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers through online channels, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Sales: Demonstrate vehicles to customers, explain features and benefits, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Online Presence: Maintain a strong online presence, including social media and email marketing, to engage with customers and promote vehicles.
- Inventory Management: Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory, including pricing, features, and availability.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of automotive Internet sales experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
