Job Summary:

Pep Boys is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Service: Sell parts and services that meet the customer's needs, ensuring their vehicle runs at peak efficiency.
  • Customer Care: Assist with various aspects of customer care, including work order and register assistance, facility maintenance, and outside purchase ordering.
  • Policy and Procedure: Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach to sales and service, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
