Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Sales: Process sales transactions accurately and consistently meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain precise work order files and formulas, and ensure in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Age: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Language: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
