YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HVAC and Plumbing Estimation Specialist, your day will commence with a team meeting to outline daily objectives. You will prioritize your tasks and manage communications regarding estimates and project coordination. You may visit job sites to collect vital information, ensuring that your estimates are both precise and thorough.

Back at the office, you will engage with clients and colleagues, analyze blueprints, and generate detailed cost estimates. Your afternoons will be spent following up on estimates, overseeing material orders, and ensuring timely completion of all tasks. Throughout the day, you will maintain effective communication with customers, delivering prompt and professional service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing estimation or a related field
  • Fundamental knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Strong familiarity with building codes and regulations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with ServiceTitan software.

WORK SCHEDULE

Your standard working hours as an HVAC and Plumbing Estimation Specialist will be from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility required for early starts or late finishes based on workload, meetings, and training sessions. This position will involve a blend of office work, site visits, and hybrid opportunities, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
