Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers.
  • Technical Skills
    • Be thorough in inspections and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs.
    • Completion of proposed work as quoted.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability
    • Participate in on-call assignments and backup as required.
    • Participate in all required staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Physical Demands
    • Lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs.
    • Crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead.
    • Use hand and power tools.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated entry-level technicians willing to learn the trade and obtain EPA Certification.
  • Ability to learn to determine residential HVAC service needs, quote prices, and perform repairs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
