YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as an HVAC and Plumbing Estimation Specialist, your day will start with a team meeting to outline the day's objectives. You will review your task list and emails, prioritizing estimates and project coordination. Mid-morning, you may visit a job site to collect vital project information, ensuring your estimates are precise and thorough.

Upon returning to the office, you will engage with clients and colleagues, analyze blueprints, and develop detailed cost estimates. Your afternoons will involve following up on estimates, managing material orders, and ensuring timely completion of all tasks. Throughout the day, you will maintain excellent communication with clients, delivering prompt and professional service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing estimation or a related field
  • Fundamental knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Strong grasp of building codes and regulations
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Preferred: Familiarity with ServiceTitan software.

WORK SCHEDULE

Your standard working hours as an HVAC and Plumbing Estimation Specialist will be from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility for early starts or late finishes based on workload, meetings, and training sessions. This position offers a blend of office work, site visits, and hybrid opportunities, ensuring a diverse and engaging work environment.
