Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team at SMS.

As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to drive growth and success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth

Requirements:

  • At least three years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
