This role is for a highly experienced Business Desk Deal Manager who will provide critical support in all aspects of the deal process, including:

This is a challenging position in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness and success of the sales organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a trusted advisor and partner to Field Sales Management, the successful candidate will:
- Provide guidance on pricing, deal construction, and business terms to support the sales effort in key accounts
- Oversee the key stages in the deal process, including opportunity identification, deal or contract pricing structure, prioritization and tracking, review and approval, and process improvement
- Partner with Sales, Management, and cross-functional groups to identify opportunities to streamline and improve the overall Business Desk and Deal Enablement processes
- Provide guidance to Sales and cross-functional partners in all aspects of the Deal Review/Contract Pricing processes
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field
- A BS/BA Degree, with an MBA a plus
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within the function, across functions, and with external parties
The base salary range for this position is $158,310 - $222,530, and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
