This role is for a highly experienced Business Desk Deal Manager who will provide critical support in all aspects of the deal process, including:

This is a challenging position in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness and success of the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a trusted advisor and partner to Field Sales Management, the successful candidate will:

  • Provide guidance on pricing, deal construction, and business terms to support the sales effort in key accounts
  • Oversee the key stages in the deal process, including opportunity identification, deal or contract pricing structure, prioritization and tracking, review and approval, and process improvement
  • Partner with Sales, Management, and cross-functional groups to identify opportunities to streamline and improve the overall Business Desk and Deal Enablement processes
  • Provide guidance to Sales and cross-functional partners in all aspects of the Deal Review/Contract Pricing processes
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field
  • A BS/BA Degree, with an MBA a plus
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within the function, across functions, and with external parties
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $158,310 - $222,530, and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
