Key Responsibilities:

The Position:
As a Program Operations Specialist, you will oversee the effective management of our provider offices.

Your strong communication and organizational abilities will be essential in assisting the office teams with the execution of strategic initiatives developed by Better Health Group. You will also be responsible for conducting research and providing feedback on the successful outcomes of these initiatives.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-person support to designated medical offices, traveling to 1-2 offices daily to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with medical office teams and internal stakeholders to drive the success of programs and objectives.
  • Participate in regular meetings with internal and external teams, including monthly presentations.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating identified programs with medical offices to enhance patient care.
  • Complete assigned tasks for designated offices efficiently.
  • Monitor program performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Facilitate video conferences between offices and internal stakeholders.
  • Support offices in utilizing internal software for program execution, outreach activities, and patient information research.
  • Maintain tracking reports for office support and identify follow-up actions.
  • Monitor office progress on designated programs and provide necessary feedback and assistance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements/Skills:
  • Technical degree or Associate's degree in a related field is required; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related environment.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for collaborative work.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting for prolonged durations.
  • Effective communication skills for information exchange.
  • Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Ability to assess the accuracy and thoroughness of assigned work.
  • Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
