Mental Health Program Coordinator

The Milieu Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and therapeutic environment. This position is responsible for managing supplies, communicating with the corporate office, and overseeing the intake process.
Key Responsibilities:- Facility Management: Ensure the facility is fully stocked with necessary supplies, including groceries, and manage related expenses to prevent unnecessary spending.
- Communication: Provide regular feedback to the corporate office regarding facility issues and schedule maintenance upon approval from the Program Director and/or corporate office.
- Safety and Compliance: Perform and assign safety drills monthly, complete weekly checklists to ensure guidelines are met, and ensure the facility is in compliance with licensing standards.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete temperature logs, safety logs, scale calibration logs, and dishwasher temperature logs regularly.
- Treatment Team Meetings: Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, keep notes, and create treatment team overview notes for staff review when necessary.
- Client Intake: Oversee the client intake process, complete related paperwork, review and obtain signatures on all consents at the time of admission, and send necessary information to the corporate office.
- Chart Management: Manage client charts, ensuring new charts are opened when necessary, charts are audited and closed in a timely manner.
- Group Facilitation: Run groups when necessary, provide oversight of groups led by other staff, and lend assistance if needed.
- Milieu Oversight: Manage the therapeutic environment and oversee client activities and interactions.
