  • Managing credit card transactions through digital platforms and collaborating with commercial suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Monitoring purchases and financial allocations.
  • Performing data entry tasks.
  • Engaging with a diverse range of vendors.
  • Processing Purchase Action Requests and Purchase Requisitions.
  • Participating in weekly status update meetings.
  • Assisting with the management of outgoing shipments and incoming deliveries.
  • This is an on-site position and not available for remote work.
  • Carrying out additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications

Required Education:

A Bachelor's degree is required, or four (4) years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic procurement environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Preferred experience in purchasing.

Security Clearance:

Candidates must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance.
