Position Overview
The Senior Program Executive is accountable for the oversight and administration of the treatment initiatives within their designated area, functioning as the Program Director while also providing guidance to additional Program Directors and Administrators across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a range of 3 to 6 treatment programs, including both Residential Treatment Center (RTC) and Outpatient (OP) services.
- Ensure the quality and efficacy of all operational aspects of the programs under management, proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
- Conduct weekly treatment team meetings at each facility to promote effective communication and monitor patient progress, ensuring a collaborative approach is maintained.

- Assess staff morale and foster a positive team environment.
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and completing onboarding documentation.
- Provide training for new hires and coordinate ongoing training with team members.

- Conduct performance evaluations every 90 days and annually, collaborating with relevant disciplines to develop growth plans for supervised employees.
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions for facility staff, ensuring compliance with the organization's mission and values.

- Maintain communication with referral sources and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care during patient admissions, midpoint evaluations, and discharges.
- Assist in the transfer of patients to higher levels of care when necessary.

- Engage in clinical outreach and conduct program tours as required.
- Offer on-call support to the facility and maintain communication with the On-Call Administrator as needed.

- Attend all relevant meetings and conference calls, ensuring that essential information is shared with team members.
- Lead Multi-Family, Family Programs, and/or Family Weekends.

Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all employee roles to effectively support and supervise staff.
- Oversee timekeeping for clinical staff, ensuring timely submission of timecards to payroll and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Manage patient intake and discharge processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and duties assigned appropriately.

- Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, documenting notes and creating treatment overviews for staff review.
- Uphold quality and compliance standards in accordance with Joint Commission and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate community outings for approved patients on a weekly basis.

- Manage patient records and facilitate timely audits, ensuring compliance with medical record review policies.
- Provide feedback and retraining to staff based on identified deficiencies in medical record reviews.

- Act as the facility's Infection Control Officer, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
- Conduct weekly kitchen audits, overseeing food safety and sanitation practices.

- Monitor budgetary considerations and communicate any financial overages to Operations.
- Ensure the maintenance of the facility and provide regular updates to the home office regarding environmental care issues.

- Oversee the facility vehicle and manage emergency drills, ensuring appropriate documentation is completed.
- Maintain compliance with medication policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to licensing standards.

This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule.
