Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Record and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
  • Perform basic mechanical testing and inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of quality assurance or control experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • General knowledge of ISO procedures and quality management systems.
  • Experience working with mechanical testing equipment and tools.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
