Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This full-time, on-site position entails overseeing and evaluating quality metrics, ensuring adherence to established ISO standards, and devising effective quality control strategies. The Quality Assurance Manager will also engage with clients regarding quality issues and work collaboratively with various management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess quality performance across manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO guidelines and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control solutions to enhance product reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding quality-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing or heat treatment setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO 9001.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in team leadership and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the surface treatment sector is advantageous.
  • Certification in quality management systems or methodologies is a plus.
