Position Overview:


In this role, you will be responsible for managing the storage and preparation of the inventory and supplies for the Entertainment Department.

Your support will be crucial to the Entertainment Warehouse Manager and Supervisor, performing tasks such as processing pick-orders, receiving supplies, reviewing purchase orders (POs), monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating the shipment of goods from the warehouse to various locations.

Maintaining quality control standards will be achieved through regular inventory audits and the upkeep of our inventory management system.

Additionally, you will safely operate a forklift to maneuver and organize inventory within the warehouse, ensuring both security and efficiency in material handling.


Key Responsibilities:

Logistical Coordination:

Collaborate with Entertainment Supervisors on various initiatives and projects, utilizing effective communication and our systems to ensure a seamless workflow that meets all operational demands.

Work closely with the Entertainment Warehouse Manager to manage pick-orders and oversee the receipt of all supplies.

Conduct physical inventories to monitor stock levels, equipment, and fixed assets, identifying discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.


Inventory Oversight:

Manage all inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate entry into the inventory management system and proper storage once processed.

Track incoming pick orders generated through the IMS, issue tickets for fulfillment, and reconcile system records to reflect actual stock levels post-shipment.

Utilize a forklift as necessary to enhance operational efficiency by facilitating the movement and storage of inventory.


Task Management:
Work alongside the Logistics Manager to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently and accurately within set deadlines. Ensure adherence to established guidelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Apply knowledge of import-export logistics processes and documentation to ensure smooth operations between the warehouse and other locations.

Skillfully operate a forklift as needed to support these logistics tasks, ensuring the effective flow of inventory and materials.


Team Collaboration:
Partner with other coordinators, supervisors, and managers to ensure operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members to clarify tasks and expectations. Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Maintenance and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records in our inventory management system, ticketing system, and related documentation.

Identify and report any discrepancies in logistical operations through regular audits and inspections, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

Provide routine progress updates to the Entertainment Supervisors and Project Managers regarding task advancements and project statuses.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to efficiently coordinate the movement of goods and equipment for special projects.

Maintain an organized and efficient layout of the warehouse, regularly assessing and adjusting based on inventory needs and best practices.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.

Associate's Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in a similar warehouse role.

Experience as a warehouse coordinator or equivalent preferred.

Proficiency in operating a stand-up forklift required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in using computers and inventory management software.

Expertise in import-export operations, focusing on efficient loading and unloading of cruise vessels.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Understanding of supply chain dynamics and effective problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail for accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.

Excellent organizational skills for managing inventory and warehouse layout.

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements:
Regular movement throughout facilities; must be able to lift over 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Work Conditions:
Role may require working indoors and outdoors with exposure to varying climates and operating machinery.

Work Location:

This position is classified as "in-office," requiring employees to work from a designated office location during the week, with potential for remote work on certain days.
