We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Entertainment Operations to lead our largest flagship venues. As a brand ambassador and leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venues' operation, from strategic planning and business development to day-to-day management.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Execute Elevate's business strategy to achieve financial goals and enhance overall performance. Ensure attainment of budgeted sales results and control expenses to budget.
- Venue Operation: Identify and capitalize on market trends, ensuring the venue remains a competitive and innovative destination. Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue.
- People Management: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Provide effective and influential leadership to all managers and cast members.
- Guest Experience: Foster a guest-centric culture, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences that exceed expectations. Execute on operational strategies to enhance the guest experience and overall service quality.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in dine-in cinema, family entertainment center, hospitality industry, or restaurant operations management. Minimum 3+ years of F&B management experience in a high-volume management role.
- Certifications: Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.
- Availability: Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
